I have always been an active person. Playing two sports all the way up through college, football and baseball, always gave me a reason to stay in shape. After college, I tried different routines like playing softball, flag football, and going to the gym. Self-motivation for fitness was never a strong suit of mine, as I got older. After numerous attempts at dieting and getting in shape over the years, I started to hear about CrossFit. After inquiring about it and asked to check out the website I became very intrigued and was invited to give it a try. That was almost 4 years ago. I have been with CrossFit Cornerstone the entire time and have never looked back.
For me, CrossFit, and especially Cornerstone, is about community and camaraderie. When I can look over and see others working as hard as I am to achieve their goals always puts a smile on my face. As a trainer, being able to help others achieve those goals is a thrill for me.
