Resistance Training & HIIT Mix
Cornerstone specialty classes are 60 minutes classes that offer workouts geared towards all levels of fitness.
RTC Bootcamp – Ropes, Turf, and Cardio workouts. Each class will have a strength focus, odd object training on the turf space, and end with a cardio based workout.
Sweat – 45 minute class utilizing dumbbells, bodyweight movement, and cardio machines. This is open to the community every week on Saturday.
Endurance – 30-45 minute long workouts with high reps and long distances.
