Are you ready to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community that builds you up?!

Here’s our process for getting started -

  1. Intro -

    We offer a free one on one 60 minute intro session with one of our certified coaches. You will tour our facility, identify personal goals, and complete a movement assessment to determine how many fundamental sessions are right for you.

  2. Fundamentals -

    Before entering our group classes, we want to ensure that you are both competent in the movements and fit enough to be safe and feel confident. During your personal training sessions, you will become familiar with things like Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, and gymnastics. You will also learn about mobility, injury prevention and nutrition. The number of sessions will vary depending on current fitness level and past experience with functional fitness movements.

  3. Group Class -

    Once you have graduated fundamentals you will have full access to our group CrossFit classes. You will also continue to meet regularly with your coach. They will provide continued guidance and support on your health and fitness journey!
