Teen Conditioning Class – This 60 minute class will focus on strength, agility, proper movement mechanics, and conditioning in a group class environment. All classes led by certified instructors. This 10-week session will start June 4th and is $275 for the entire session.

Teen Weightlifting Club – This 60 minute class will focus on the barbell. Teens must have graduated our weightlifting fundamentals program or be cleared by an instructor before joining. Strength and Olympic lifts will be performed under a certified instructor’s supervision and direction. The teen weightlifting club meets year round and is billed as a monthly membership at $140/month.
Cornerstone Kids- This 45 minute long class is geared towards children 6-10 years old. Proper movement is taught in a fun and game based environment with an emphasis on gymnastics, dumbbell and kettlebell strength, as well as age appropriate conditioning. The class will run for 10 weeks starting June 4th and will be billed by 5-week sessions. Days and sessions must be picked during registration.
