Hey teen athletes and parents! Looking for a great way to keep your teenager stronger, faster, and healthier this summer? Cornerstone Fitness will be running a Teen summer conditioning program from June 1st - August 1st.
Join us on Sunday, April 15th for a FREE workout preview. Teens 13-18 (High School age) are welcome and do not require a membership to participate in the workout or summer program.
Workouts will focus on strength through the use of weight training and body weight exercises, cardio through the use of rowing, running, jump roping, and varied length workouts as well as a focus on developing strong cores through gymnastic movements such as handstands, dips, pull ups, etc.
