Beef and Broccoli

Recipe:  2 lbs flank steak  2 lbs broccoli  1/4 cup arrowroot powder  1/2 cup tamari sauce  1/2 cup honey  1 tsp ground ginger  1/2 tsp garlic powder  2 tbsp grape seed oil  Directions:  Slice flank steak into very thin slices that go against the grain of the steak. Toss steak in arrowroot powder and set aside. In another bowl, mix tamari, honey and spices. Steam chopped broccoli. Heat oil on medium to high heat and cook steak in batches if necessary (depending on size of wok). Sear steak on each side, turn down heat, and then add tamari mixture while steak is still pink. Allow sauce to thicken. Add already steamed broccoli. Service over rice!  Macros for 5oz steak, 1 cup broccoli and 1/2 cup rice  P 36, F 12, C 46
