We pair you with nutrition coach from our gym who has been screened, trained and certified to teach you how to fuel your body through proper nutrition. They'll teach you the ins and outs of food tracking, macro counting, meal prepping and more.
Your coach understands that every physical body is different. They listen to your goals, adjust, and help you learn how to make sense of your own anatomy and relationship with food.
Step 1: Fill Out the Questionnaire. Answer a few questions so we can get to know you.
Step 2: Meet Your Coach. We’ll set up a meeting to set your goals and make a plan for protein, carbs and fats.
Step 3: Track Your Progress. We’ll chart your progress in one central app that logs your weight, macronutrients, measurements, milestones, photos and more.
Step 4: Stay Supported. You’ll be accountable with weekly one-on-one check-ins, and also get support from other Cornerstone Nutrition members on their own journeys.

Beth came to us at the beginning of this year because she had recently starting focusing on her nutrition and wanted to use our new Fit3D body scanner every month to track her progress. She even decided to start taking some Sweat classes in order to keep her lean mass up. At her 1 month repeat scan, she was down 8 lbs. and almost 2.5% body fat! I'm surprised by how fast the carb/sugar pull has lessened. I always considered myself an emotional eater but I don’t think I ever considered that if my body was satiated with protein that my mood would even out. (April)
I thought I had the nutrition thing down. I considered myself a disciplined eater. I was laser focused on eating vegetables and fruit, little protein and not a lot carbs. I have struggled over the years with not getting enough sleep at night, which heavily impacted my performance inside the gym. I consistently felt like I didn’t have enough energy to make it through longer metcons and my days. I’ve almost entirely changed what I eat and how much I eat. It’s hard to believe how little I was eating and how much it was affecting me! I now have more energy during the day and during my workouts, and I’m sleeping better. (Anne)
