CrossFit WOD

CrossFit WOD is varied functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the CrossFit Cornerstone web site. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. 

Competitors Training

Competitors Training is for those looking to compete at a higher level. Learn how to move more efficiently in many complex movements, break down difficult workouts and most importantly become mentally stronger. This class is designed to prepare those interested in competing at a higher level.

Cornerstone Sweat

Cornerstone Sweat is a 60 minute boot camp with HIIT style training.  Equipment such as kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, ropes, rowers, and bikes will be used to get your heart rate up.  This class is open to all skill levels of fitness.

Cornerstone Kids

Cornerstone Kids Starting Tuesday, October 3rd, our kid's program will run in 8 week sessions.  Coach Melissa will cover all the fundamentals and building blocks of CrossFit as well as program FUN yet challenging workouts for your kids.  The class will be structured like our normal CrossFit classes but cater to kids with appropriate weights, scaling options, and movements.

Masters CrossFit Class

Masters CrossFit Class will follow CrossFit methodology, being that the same functional movements are beneficial for every age. CFCM is simply a class with a heightened awareness for the necessity of strength and core training through specific movements for “older folks”.
