CrossFit Lite: Level 1

Crossfit Lite classes  is a high energy 60-minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high interval weight training. Similar to boot camp or a sport clinic, this class is perfect for the athlete looking for a non-stop, action-packed hour of exercise, without the heavy weightlifting. This class is ideally used to subsidize your conditioning during fundamentals or as lightweight mixup to include your Workout Of the Day schedule.


Workout of the Day: Level 2

This is what CrossFit is all about: varied functional movements done at high intensity. This CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD). The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.

Our objective of the program is to mix up the exercise combinations so that your body is constantly adapting and improving. Regular attendance should increase athletes work capacity aka fitness across broad time and modal domains. To attend Level 2 classes, foundations must be completed.


Competitors Class: Level 3 

This class is for those looking to compete at a higher level. Learn how to move more efficiently in many complex movements, break down difficult workouts and most importantly become mentally stronger. An athlete interested in this class must be able to do 8 out of 10 following movements. This class is not scalable and is designed to prepare those interested in competing at a higher level.

Our yoga class is designed with our CrossFitters in mind. Each class, poses are planned with consideration of the previous week’s workout programming to allow you to focus on stretching certain areas of the body that need special attention.
