CrossFit WOD is varied functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the CrossFit Cornerstone web site. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
Competitors Training is for those looking to compete at a higher level. Learn how to move more efficiently in many complex movements, break down difficult workouts and most importantly become mentally stronger. This class is designed to prepare those interested in competing at a higher level.
Olympic Lifting Speed, power, and technique all come together in Olympic weightlifting. This class will offer drills and training to increase the proficiency of your lifts as well as the strength training to set new PR's and achieve goals you never thought possible. Come in train hard, have fun, and slam some bars!
Masters CrossFit Class will follow CrossFit methodology, being that the same functional movements are beneficial for every age. CFCM is simply a class with a heightened awareness for the necessity of strength and core training through specific movements for “older folks”.
