What is your fitness background? I ran for many years, including a couple marathons. Then I did P90X and Insanity for 3 years before starting Crossfit.

Sport or activity you are training for, if any: Life- old age.

How long have you been CrossFitting? How did you end up at Cornerstone?   I have been CrossFitting for just over 1.5 years.   Melanie wanted to try something new after many years of Jazzercise and wanted us to do something together. Our son was doing Crossfit in Chicago so she wanted to try it. We looked for the closest box and went to a community workout. I didn't think she would really do it, but she proved me wrong. We quickly grew to really like the trainers and got addicted to the workouts.

What is your least favorite CrossFit move? What is your most favorite CrossFit move?   I don't like back squats - I have bird legs with no strength in them.   I like pull-ups and push-ups.   Got good at them from my P90X days.

Is there any particular WOD that you can remember is your favorite?    I like Murph. Lots of pull-ups, push-ups, slow, long runs and no weight on the squats.

What are some of your goals that you have for yourself in the next year?   Win the masters open - - but if not, maybe just get a HSPU.

What is something that others may not know about me?  I used to have a lot more hair.
