What is your fitness background? 3 sport athlete in college (football, wrestling, and track) - Division III. All-American Wrestling 2014

Sport or activity you are training for, if any: Currently playing on the Stone's Friday night volleyball team and training to compete in as many local competitions as I can.

How long have you been CrossFitting? How did you end up at Cornerstone? Off and on since summer of 2011. I can finally fully commit to Crossfit

How have you seen yourself change (mentally, physically,etc) since being a part of CFC? I have leaned out a great amount. Lost inches off my waist and gained lean, functional muscle.

What is your least favorite CrossFit move? What is your most favorite CrossFit move? Least: Snatch or Handstand Pushups. Most: Clean and Jerk

Is there any particular WOD that you can remember is your favorite?  I'll never forget the first WOD I did at Crossfit Heights. I couldn't walk for 2 days after that and it instantly had me hooked. 


What are some of your goals that you have for yourself in the next year? I want to improve on my weaknesses to help send a team to Regionals next year. I'd also like to improve my overall health. My diet isn't quiet where it should be. And by that I mean I order dessert more often than I really should

 
What is something that others may not know about me?
  I'm really an open book. I guess you might not know I am a giant Medieval times fan. Can't wait for the Renaissance Festival to open in September!
